ABAante MINdanao Hymn
Ikaw ang yutang saas
You are the land of promise
Alang sa bag-ong katawhan
For the new people
Hain ba ang kabag-ohan ni'ng tanan?
Where is change in all of these?
Atong mga batan-on: lihok na karon
To our youth: Let's move
Aron ang kabag-ohan ta maangkon!
So that we could achieve change.
Ang imong bahandi, mapatubo sa tanan
Your natural resources shall be developed by all
Katawhan nga lain-laing tinuohan
People of different faiths,
Kaming mga katawhan, dili magsinabtanay
We, the people, don't understand each other:
Lain-lain og prinsipyo, mag-away
Each with different principles, fighting each other
(chorus)
Abante Mindanao,
Forward MIndanao
Padayon sa kaugmaon mo
Onward to your future
Ang imong kinaiyahan,
Your character
Maoy bahandi ko
Is my wealth
Ikaw ang yutang gisaad alang sa bag-ong katawhan
You are the promise land of the new people
Lakaw, abante MIndanao!
Take the step, forward MIndanao!
ll
Unsaon ba pag-uswag kun maghari ang kasuko
How can progress be attained when anger reigns
Sa pinatyanay ba kitang tanan molambo?
Is it by killing each other that we could progress?
Ang kagubot hunonga na ug ang saad tumanon ta
Let's stop the fighting and fulfill the promise
Kaugmaon sa atong MIndanao huna-huna-a.
Lets think of the future of our Mindanao.
(Chorus)
lll
Mga batan-on miabot na
The youth has arrived!
Bag-ong kahibalo ilang gidala
With them they bring new knowledge
Mga langyaw nipauli na
The foreigners have left
Gamiton tanan arom molambo ka
Lets use everything so we could progress
(Chorus)
(Repeat Chorus)
